Bill has lived with his family in Clark County since 1980. He has continually practiced here since 1983. He has spent many hours in volunteer activities, including youth sports, Boy Scouts, and Kiwanis. He has served on the boards of various volunteer agencies that provide service to the elderly in our community. Bill loves to play golf and is also an avid WSU Cougar fan.
